You are bidding on an outstanding professionally painted Warhammer 40K Ork Stompa. No kidding, this is one of a kind. This is not one of the massed produced Stompas out of China. It was assembled and painted by a studio out of Tenessee in the heart of the USA. I purchased the Stompa earlier this year and fielded it once for a large Apocalypse game where we needed several (game had over 20,000 points on each side). I have not fielded it since. It's quite a monstrousity, beautifully painted and one heck of a display piece as well as a gaming piece. A Stompa makes a pinnacle center piece for any Ork Warbosses army, this one in particular is particularly special due to the quality in craftsmenship, paint work, and attention to character detail with all of the crew and free-hand work. The attention to detail is outstanding! Notice the hand-work in the checkerboarding, the dust and dinginess on the lower plates, the darkened smoke stacks, the oily and damaged areas of the armor achieved by multiple layers of meticulous hand painted techniques, the various characterful grots painted to the finest details all over the beast, not to mention the boss driving all add to the unique quality in the model's artistic appeal and quality. It comes complete with removable rockits that are magnetized with rare earth magents as well as an absolutely gorgeous display base. The Stompa was carefully modeled with all the gun options for the most variety in play. Notice the puddles where the heavy stompa has created large foot prints in the earth! I'm not sure what kind of water like varnish was used on the puddles, but it's rather impressive when you leave the base in the cabinet to pull the model out. Honestly, I wanted to keep this one over my other Stompa, but the display base plus height of this one just doesn't quite fit comfortably in my cabinet, so, I chose to sell this one to someone that had a better space situation. If my Ebay rating is worth anything in testimony, this model is a treat and would make a great present or upgrade to any Ork Force.
